"Star Program" consists of 50 units covering topics such as quality customer service, daily operations, human resources management, store management, self-enhancement and herbal knowledge. The courses provide comprehensive training for staffs in various positions, from those at the frontline, back office and production unit, to enhance their brand awareness and improve their work quality and efficiency. Frontline staff who have received training and passed examinations will become "star managers" or "star shop assistants", laying a good foundation for their future career paths.

The “Herbal Ambassador” training course covers basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, knowledge of yin and yang and the “five-elements”, health care for all seasons and an introduction to herbal ingredients. The course offers a better understanding of our ingredients, so front line staffs can promote our products with more authority. Outstanding trainees may be recommended to attend the “Certificate in Chinese Medicine Theory” course organized by other institutions.

We hold outdoor training day several times each year, in which employees of all levels, including managers and officers, can all be trained in leadership, business planning, team building and effective communications. At Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, our back office staffs will participate in "Moments of Truth" to experience working in our retail shops and get to know more about our retail business. Besides, we invite the management from different industries (e.g. Nokia, Giordano & Tao Heung) as our guest in our People Development Session to share their experiences which can explore our staffs’ scope and enhance their creativity.
