Responsibilities:
- To perform customer services, including replying customers’ queries, after-sales services;
- To assist in management of online stock and inventory;
- Manage e-Business operations, including released new product, content management, pricing, report and invoice;
- Provide marketing, operation and administrative support to the online sales and marketing team;
- Manage order processing cycle with other departments; &
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Interested in E-commerce and digital marketing;
- Responsible, detail-minded, outgoing with excellent service manner;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of both Chinese and English;
- Familiar with social media such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc;
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Mature, stable, self-motivated with excellent communication skill, positive attitude, able to work under pressure;
- Self-motivated, independent, mature and strong sense of responsibility; &
- Immediate available is an advantage.
