Responsibilities:

1. Work with district officer and oversee store operation processes and procedures, aligning with advance business objectives;
2. Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to ensure smooth running of shop operations and new store opening;
3. Prepare and update the SOP for new product launch;
4. Prepare and analyze accurate daily, weekly & monthly reports, including sales performance and prepare statistical report and promotion forecast for management review;
5. Maintain and develop effective relationships with both internal and external parties;
6. Perform ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor;

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related discipline;
2. Prefer 2 years solid operations experiences in Retail/ F&B /FMCG industry;
3. Hands-on experience in Café Retail Operations & data analysis will be an advantage;
4. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
5. A good team player, hardworking, responsible, willing to learn and sensitive in numbering;
6. Candidate with more experience will be considered as an Officer; &
7. Immediate available is highly preferred.
