Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee around 10 to 14 retail shops, with new concept store in café & bakery concept;
- Set up objectives to shops, to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators, such as service quality, sales performance & cost control etc.;
- Ensure the team is motivated and engaged, continuously improvement on team’s performance based on business priorities and requirements;
- Assist in arranging and planning duty roster monthly and maintain attendance records of all retail staff;
- Manage and oversee daily shop operations and manpower planning;
- Involve in New Store Opening and other ad hoc. project related to store operations &
- Hold regular meetings with Management & Shop Managers to ensure smooth operations in stores.
Requirements:
- DSE/ Diploma or above;
- Minimum 3 years of area management position, preferably gained from Retail/FMCG;
- Experience in managing chain stores is a must;
- Able to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations;
- Energetic, responsible, enthusiastic and customer oriented with pleasant personality;
- Familiar with POS & proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
- 9 working hours per day, 5 working days per week by shift and 14 days annual leave provided;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant District Officer &
- Immediate available is preferred.
