Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall all leasing functions, including reviewing lease agreements, leasing strategy, negotiating rental price etc.;
- Plan and implement end-to-end leasing strategy and yearly business plan of leasing matter to cope with the vision and target of the Company;
- Conduct in-depth site analysis, market research and cost bench marking for lease renewal and new lease evaluation;
- Prepare leasing budgets, reports and related analysis for managerial review;
- Maintain and enhance the relationship with business partners, including but not limited to property developers, landlords and other related parties to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is highly preferable;
- Hands-on experience in handling tenancy matters, reviewing tenancy agreement and preparing letter correspondence
- Possess good business acumen with strong market awareness;
- Past experiences in retail leasing will be advantageous;
- Self-motivated, innovative and with good interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing officer
