Responsibilities
- Perform technical support on network, system, hardware devices, software and application systems;
- Provide technical support to users;
- Inventory update and control;
- Assist management on overall project implementation (i.e. gather user requirement, business analysis, system configuration, documentation, UAT, user training);
- To provide user training and support;
- To prepare workflow documentation and user guide if necessary;
- To perform any duties related to IT systems as and when required.
Requirements
- Degree holders or High Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines; MCSE would be an advantage;
- At least 2 years of experience in ERP, CRM, POS and HR Systems;
- Candidate MUST have worked experience in MS SQL and MySQL;
- Solid experience on report development;
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and task management skills;
- Detail-minded, committed to work and able to prioritize effectively;
- Well organized and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
