材料:
  • 鴻福堂滋養補虛瑤柱鮑魚響螺花菇雞湯(附湯料)
  • 雜菌(本菇、蘑菇、冬菇及秀珍菇)
  • 蟲草花
  • 食油
  • 蒜頭
  製法:
  • Step 1: 將本菇、蘑菇、冬菇及秀珍菇切片混合,加入蟲草花、油、鹽及蒜頭備用
  • Step 2: 米洗淨加水,倒入鴻福堂瑤柱鮑魚響螺花菇雞湯及湯料
  • Step 3: 放入電飯煲內煮熟即可
